You can be assessed for surgery by Phoenix Health experts at clinics throughout Great Britain and for ease, we also offer remote video consultations. Surgery and balloon insertions are carried out at selected hospitals in Manchester, London, Tunbridge Wells, Luton, Cardiff, Derby and Leeds.

Phoenix Public Health
Phoenix Public Health Ltd is contracted by the NHS to provide specialist bariatric surgery services to patients living in Merseyside, Lancashire and Cumbria.
Patients who wish to access service should have a BMI >35 if they have health problems (such as diabetes, high blood pressure or sleep apnoea) or a BMI >40 if they have no significant health issues.
Patients should contact their GP in the first instance as it is usually necessary to be referred to a local non-surgical weight management programme before NHS funding for bariatric surgery will be approved.
Phoenix Private Health
Phoenix Private Health Ltd provides private bariatric surgery to fee-paying patients who for various reasons do not wish to pursue the NHS route.
Phoenix will ensure your assessment for surgery is carried out by a highly skilled consultant surgeon who can advise you on the best way to safely achieve your goals.
Phoenix Private Health patients can choose their surgeon and/or centre and can select a package of care which best meets their needs.
