Peter has only just had his operation (August 2017) but wanted to tell us how pleased he is with his experiences with KIMS Hospital and Phoenix Health:

From the 1st consultation with Mr Sanjoy Basu until my last day at KIMS Hospital I was put totally at ease and all my expectations were fulfilled.
Phoenix Health were very professional in ALL their endeavours to chaperone me (and I gather 4 other patients) through the potentially hazardous path of this operation.
Indeed Professor David Kerrigan attended my pre op meeting on Friday with Mr Basu and Mr James Wood (my anaesthetist) , they all joined in the fun of my morning in the theatre !
Your staff from front of house, nursing, catering and porters were nothing less than 1st class throughout my short 3 day stay.
Phoenix Health have been in touch by phone, letter and email from my first enquiry 8 weeks ago until this present day, I understand this will continue for around (2 years) to make sure I have all the back up and encouragement to see this challenge through.
It is difficult to pick out a department but as food is at the heart of this operation I must congratulate your catering department for concocting a menu dedicated for Bariatric patients.
It is quite obvious that KIMS and Phoenix Health have a faultless relationship for this complicated area of work.
I sincerely thank you, your entire staff at KIMS and Phoenix Health for my new start in life.”
